My wife and I bought a home in the Cashiers area about three years ago. I wanted to add a separate garage. In addition the house needed some work such as repairs and paint since it sat idle for four years. I contacted four of the builders in the area and did interviews onsite. When Dave showed up I felt like I was interviewing a long time friend. His style was very easy-going but very determined. His sketches and computer details were excellent as was his promptness.
The work on the house and the garage was outstanding. All work was done to schedule. Since it was an addition and other major repairs I was living onsite during the work. His crews were very professional and courteous. I was very impressed how they worked as a team and how hard they worked as a crew. I have used Dave two more times since the original work to fix other issues left by the original builder. I would strongly recommend Iezzi Custom Homes.
