We hired David Iezzi to design and build our home in Cashiers in Feb 2019. Throughout the entire process, we found David to be professional, helpful and creative. We met with David and shared our vision for our home. Using just a rough sketch we provided, David came back with a complete design that we were able to modify to suit our needs. In addition, David made helpful and creative suggestions that added charm and character.
As one knows when building in the mountains, things can happen that cause delays. We experienced significant rain delays; however, despite those challenges, David worked very hard to get us in our home when we planned.
We would highly recommend David to anyone considering building a home. We were pleased with his work, level of communication and professionalism.
