  • "Smoke Rise is a privet gun club in Rosman, NC and while mostly seasonal, it is open year round to its Members and their guests. As can be imagined most of the major projects are accomplished during the winter months when attendance is reduced. During the summer of 2019 Dave Iezzi, a Smoke Rise Member, was hired to design and build a 30 x 30, concrete floor facility for work space and storage. Further, the facility was to have a 30 x 30 gravel floor shed for cart storage. The design phase was detailed and complete. Once approved construction commenced and progressed “on schedule” and “on budget” until completion. All subs were timely and professional and we were able to keep the Club open throughout the entire process. Dave and his team did what they said they’d do and in a timely, professional manner therefore I can highly recommend him."

  • "After much due diligence and thought we selected David Iezzi for the construction of our home in Cashiers. We could not be more pleased with the finished product. First, David is very knowledgeable about the topography challenges this area poses- the first and very common mistake many homeowners may make when selecting a lot. Things most people don’t consider such as drainage and water concerns were expertly addressed. He also uses excellent quality construction materials, exceeding usual standards. We also built a more contemporary style home that I’m not sure many other builders here could pull off. David was very open to our design ideas and allowed us lots of flexibility in selecting custom finishes and even a newer more contemporary cement board exterior siding which looks amazing. We feel our home has been built to last and handily tolerates the sometimes tough environment of the plateau. Our home was built in a timely fashion and with very few stressors.
