We engaged David Iezzi’s custom home building business in November 2017 after interviewing three or four other contractors operating in the Cashiers, NC area. We made the right choice. One of the skills that we were looking forward was to handle outside of the box elements such as a metal flying staircase, a custom concrete interior chimney and the use of salvaged 150-year old Kentucky barnwood for our office/garage.
David has a strong engineering background and building in the Highlands plateau always presents special challenges.
