When we were shopping for houses on Lake Glenville, our realtor introduced us to David Iezzi and showed us a home he had built. It was exactly the floor plan and craftsmanship we were looking for. We got back in touch with David and asked if he could be on the lookout for a site where we could build such a home, Within a few weeks, he found us a lot and we were off to the races.
From the beginning, we were thoroughly impressed with David’s guiding hand in managing our construction. We had several ideas for modifications of David’s original plan. He was able to incorporate them all without a problem. The quality of the work was evident from when the foundation was poured through to the final finishes on the interior.
The mark of a classy builder is how he or she deals with the inevitable bumps along the road of construction. David was always straightforward and professional; dealing with him was a very pleasant experience throughout the project.
We now own a dream home. We love David's work and we would recommend him to anyone looking to build a well crafted house. He is quite simply, one of the best builders around.
