     I am writing to express my deep satisfaction with the quality and character of Dave Iezzi and his company, Iezzi Custom Homes. In Fall 2014, my wife and I chose Dave to build a custom home for us on Cullowhee Mountain Rd. outside of Cashiers, NC. The home was completed earlier this year. His work was top-notch and timely, and he was always completely honest and forthright in his dealings with us. His subcontractors exhibited high degree of workmanship in each phase of the project and though Dave had several projects in an active phase during our construction, he was always responsive to us, attentive to our needs, and kept our project on schedule without sacrificing quality of workmanship. In my mind, this defines true professionalism. I could not give Dave a higher recommendation.
